Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate communication and project requirements.
  • Organize and manage company records, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports for internal and client use.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Support HR and accounts teams with routine tasks when required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative or office management role (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
