Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Admin to join our dynamic team at First Reach Digital Private Limited. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, supporting our team, and contributing to our overall efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate communication and project requirements.
- Organize and manage company records, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports for internal and client use.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Support HR and accounts teams with routine tasks when required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative or office management role (mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
